Month of Gratitude

“The Peace of the Lord be always with you.” “And also with you.” These words are spoken after the Prayers of the People during each service of the Episcopal church. And that is what feel during services at St. Peter’s…peace. I am grateful for this church that I began attending a few years ago as I was trying to reconnect to a faith that I had long neglected. Although I am not very involved – I tend to slide in and out of the pew on Sunday morning with little interaction after services, I know that I could be and would be graciously welcomed in all aspects of this church and its community.
