Advent – Day 21
“To every thing (turn, turn, turn), there is a season (turn, turn, turn)”
I always think of the song that is based on Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8 when I hear the word “turn”. But for the purposes of todays reflection, turn as it is referenced in The Way of Love is an opportunity we have every day to “pause, listen, and choose to follow Jesus” . And we can press a reset button. As many times as we need to. Whether it is a turn back after a crisis of life or faith, or a refocusing after a particular event or hard day, we can turn again. And again. And again.
